I'm probably going to go with Verizon Wireless very soon and I'm looking at their phones, and nothing interests me.

I've never been a fan of the Razr, but how does it hold up? Is it a good phone?

I've got the V3x, it's a good phone, have had some minor problems with it, although I bought mine off eBay. I'd recommend buying one.

I got the silver Verizon Razr and I haven't had an problems with it. It's a pretty sweet phone. I recomend it.

Mine is still good after over a year with it. Only one problem but that is because i dropped it. I got a replacement for free.

I've had mine since June (a silver one from Verizon wireless) and so far I've had no problems. Gets good battery life and very good reception in most places, though maybe thats because of the service provider. So far the only thing I've had go wrong is I dropped it twice on concrete in a span of about an hour and the second time it cracked the plastic screen cover thing on the outside screen of the phone. The screen and phone still work just fine, its just a cosmetic issue but according to the guy at the Verizon Store I'd have to pay around $10 to get a new cover and I don't think its worth it since the phone still functions perfectly.

Plus I got it free after rebates so you can't really get any better than that.

all my friends that have the razr either have no problems, or have some kind of problem, i went with the choclate cause i thought it looked cool

The video on the RAZR last around 30 seconds. Also the camera is crap and it doesn't have much memory(about 7MB). You can't cant transfer certain pictures by bluetooth because the file size is too big(120KB)

my brother has the chocolate..its terrible cause it is all sensative and if u slide ur fingers by mistake it presses the button..its stupid

i just want the motorala Q

My Razr broke. Snapped right in the middle.

I'd go with the Samsung equivalent or a Sony Ericsson W810.

Did they replace it?

That is the V3x though.

They didn't give me a new Razr, instead I had to take a step down to a Nokia 6103. Bluetooth, camera and all but no memory input. Still, I like it though as I don't have to be afraid of it breaking, and since it's so cheap I don't care if it gets scratched up either.

I like your cat.

I've got the V3 Razr and I've had no issues with it. I've dropped it 3 times (twice on cement) and it still functions just fine. Aside from the minor scratches...nothing seemed to get damaged.

I have the Verizon razor. Its a good phone and durable. I drop my phone all the time and have scratches all over it - but it works fine.

I'm scared to death to drop my Razr. I've had it since August and only dropped it on the carpet or i flop it on my bed. I hate carrying it in my pocket because i'm scared it'll slip and land on the ground

I got the Verizon Samsung 930 over the summer and actually like it a lot. I believe it's a little cheaper than the razr - check it out.

If you have big hands, don't get the Razr.

Right now Verizon has a promotion going on.

You get the Razr v3 or whatever, for 49.99 and free overnight shipping and activation. Verizon stores around my way are matching the internet deal. It's dirt cheap for a Razr, that's why I'm inquiring about it.

I checked out that phone you posted H.ayes, the other day, and it's ok. I liked it. But right now, for me, it's the same exact price as the Razr.

That promo started three weeks after I got mine...I paid $150 for it. Had I waited, I could have used that other $100 for a new purse.

It's been a year and i'm getting tired of my razr. Not that there's anything wrong with it, I just think I grew out of the razr phase. Need a new phone.

Dunno if you went with it, but the RAZR is considered one of the worst cellphones in the industry. Something to keep in mind with Verizon though is to get only LG phones with them. LG phones are ranked second best (second only to Sprint exclusive Sanyo) and are way above industry standards. I'd reccomend the Chocolate by LG, if not that then go for the Samsung SCH-a930. Sprint recently got the RAZR, and I've tried so hard to not sell them to people. They only cause problems, as is case with all Motorola cellphones. They have faulty operating systems, and are not very user friendly.
