...yeah, I saw that play...helluva throw.

...it sure would be nice to watch that kind of defense from him as well as above average offensive production for the next 12 years or so. I don't think I'd be homeriffic by seeing him as a perennial .275/.350/.475/.800 hitter.

...and depending on how things progress with his bat, I would not be surprised to see him eventually transition to 1B down the road a bit.

^^^yeah, pretty close...Posada had the advantage of being a switch hitter but Sanchise still might end up being even better offensively...but I think he's already better than Posada defensively.

...somebody evidently worked with him honing his catching skills because they say that initially he couldn't even catch a fast ball.
