I was waiting but the hype of the reviews I gave in and it’s downloading now.

A couple buddies are taking off work and bought a bunch of Booze and snacks to just play all night and day. I don’t play games like that tho that’s crazy to me

Is it like GTA? Cause GTA was the best game of all time but i dont really have time for games unless its on that level

If you want to play tonight might want to start DLing soon. It took 4 hrs for me for the special edition on PS4. Almost 100 gbs.
 
If I break down and buy a PS4 on black Friday. I'll definitely buy it.

Just got home, probably should have done it earlier. 3 hrs to go. No playing tonight but it's probably for the best. I got shit to do tomorrow, can't be nerding out all night.

Yes it's like GTA set in an old Western. Red Dead 1 was just as good as GTA. RD2 will be epic, guaranteed. Im the same, I don't have game time anymore unless it's pretty amazing.
 
Would love to play it but there is no PC release. Hopefully they are going to put it out later like they did with GTA. The first one was fun.

The first Red Dead Redemption was never released on PC for whatever reason, so there is not a good chance this one ever will be.

I'm on a three-day weekend, so today I began the adventure. It's so immersive.
 
Been playing about an hour. Killed a few bandits and some wolves. Went hunting, got 2 deer and skinned them. So far so good. Can't wait to get past the learning phase and start roaming

It released at 9 p.m. last night. I'm sure there's a Mrs. HCP joke in there, somewhere.


So far, it's surpassed the expectations for me. The original is one of my five favorites of all time. I just played one of the most fun missions in any game in my back catalog.....we'll just say it involves "one or two drinks" at the saloon. There is so much to do!

Hmm i thought about a month or so sgo when i first watched a trailer they said the digital copy woukd be available a few weeks before the physical. Havent paid much attention since.

I have the first red dead but didnt get into it like i did fallout4 and gta5. Maybe i should pop it back in the ps4 and give it another run.
But the trailers for two are sooo awesome.

Is there anything from one that should be retained for two? Or completely different layout with no ties to the first one?
 
The bounty addition is fun overall, but it's a little annoying to bump someone in town with your horse and then have the whole place try and kill you for a $15 bounty. Overall it's a fantastic game, I'm having a blast with it.
 
I bet you guys are having a blast. After BF3 almost ruined my life I can't see having a game system but that shit looks fun.

If there was a Deadwood part I'd buy one just to fight hoopleheaded cocksuckers.
