Boone is a problem however the epic fail on behalf of Cashman to provide major league quality players for Boone to utilize is inb itself the biggest indictment of Cashman. Greg Allen, Bauer, McKinney, Rortvedt, Calhoun Hicks, Donaldson, Cordero and add the diminishing skills of LeMahieu, Stanton, Rizzo, leaves in my opinion, only Judge, Torres, Volpe, Bader, Higashioka and Kiner Falefa at a major league level of competency. That's 6 players, Six! Figure adding Stanton, Rizzo, and LeMahieu and thats 9. Of the 9, 8 are right handed with a team that play 81 games with the short porch. Assuming we carry 13 non pitchers, i would like to see 4 left handed or switch hitters added next year. Add Bellinger, take a shot at Ohtani (Bonus if you get him) bring up Wells, Peraza, Pereire, and Dominguez. Mix it all up, see what you have offensively. Pitching is another story.
