That outcome is directly due to the refs not calling Dray Green fouls on Dame on the final drive and on Meyers before the ball was inbounded. Both of those non-calls would have allowed us to win the game. NBA basketball is maniuplated!

This is a disaster that we do not get consistent reffing with foul calls on Dray Green that extended throughout the 2nd half. GSW relied on ref assistance or we would be 3-1 now, instead of out of the Playoffs.

The Blazer coaches should be in position to ask for reviews of Dray Green fouls, and should have done it here. It is sickening to hear how great Dray defense is when he is fouling like a football player, or as Steve calls it a wrecking ball, to get that result. Let's find a way to get foul calls that hold down Dame and Meyers, and have an honest chance to win for next year.

no. just no. You can blame many things for this loss but the refs is not one. If anything the refs were giving us the game and Stotts and every player not named Leonard choked it away.

Refs favored us all four Qs in regulation. Okay and Steph >Dame and CJ and it’s not close. They pass, defend, take good shots. Steph beat us a lot on the boards tonight.

I hate GS. Can’t stand Klay or Steph but they deserve respect. Better team, more heart and no hero ball.

Why should loud mouthed, cheating, grabbing, kicking Dray Green be the only player allowed to roughly wrestle the opposition and not be called for fouls clearly shown on video replays?

^^^^^This^^^^

blew 3 straight 17 point second half leads and you want to blame the refs

LOL

blame the two guys who are supposed to be the ones there when we need them most...Dame and CJ

It wasn't the refs just missed shots in OT and miss points with in the quarters.

What I liked out of it all none of the Blazers gave up! It was a fun game to watch!

Hats off to the Warriors was a fantastic series to watch!

lol.
Sometimes this forum needs a bit of levity.
I commend @swish3 for being that person.

Meyers, you earned your contract....just for tonight.

Im not going to play the blame the ref game. I am not going to blame players or coaches. It is what it is. We lost to the champs. Its their time still. Ours will come.

They won't be the champs after this year. Milwaukee coming for dat ass.

That would be pleasant. Going to be hard. GS gets 10 days of beauty sleep

Going to be interesting if Freak continues to get the calls he gets against Green/KD/Looney.
This is GSW we're talking about not some Eastern Conference team.

This is generally one series I'll not bitch about the refs overly much. I thought the calls were overall favorable to the Blazers in Game 1, 3 & 4. Especially early in each game.

Unfortunately when you play the poster boys of the league just like playing the Jordan era Bulls....you are going to get home cooking from refs even on the road but they are not why we lost...Golden State just beat us soundly....Meyers had the game of his career though...I'm really used to Blazers not getting calls for many decades now...don't expect it to change soon.

We lost the game for sure but the Dubs get away with a lot of hacking and pushing. Was shocked they called a moving screen tonight, and on the one time it barely happened, wtf

We shot 10 free throws. At home. With our guards driving to the hoop. It's insane. Dame got fouled by two guys on his last drive - I'm still shocked they didn't also give GSW the ball.

Dude no one was shocked more than Green

I thought they were going to there in the end. I thought that was it.

Fact is refs lose money if there's a sweep in a series....they get paid more for 7 games than 4 collectively...I know they alternate games.

On top of that, you can't do much when Curry scores:

G1: 36 pts
G2: 37 pts
G3: 36 pts
G4: 37 pts

I've gotta hand it to Steph. What a crazy player. That one possession where he was literally sprinting around the court for 22 seconds, catching and handing off the ball to people before he finally got open for a three that took the entire possession. Greatest jump shooter ever but how much work he puts in just to get open shots....just gotta respect it.

I don't have time to read the OP or any responses. But to the title of this thread: GTFO! This game, and the previous three games, were decided by our failure to run anything resembling a decent offense.
