Interesting analysis of the final 1:33 of the Blazer Thunder game by a Thunder fan. He blames it all on Westbrook.

Surprised to not see the Dallas/Portland "Miracle Minute" video upon clicking this thread (never gets old).

However, as soon as he mentioned "Damian Lillard" coming over to double on Westbrook, when it was clearly Dorell Wright, I stopped caring. Now I'm going to watch the Dallas/Portland video instead.

I never got what the big deal was about the miracle minute. Of course, it was cool, but I think coming back from 10 down with 1:30 to go in a game is a much bigger feat.

Best quarter in Blazer history, it was like 49-18 after the 1st quarter, against a very good SA team:

Oh, believe me, coming back to win the game is more exciting. The guy who made this video is a poor man's Michael Holton with a poor man's Mondopad, and it's hard to watch. If I was a Thunder fan and had to suffer that miserable defeat, I would probably do no better.

"AOL Keyword"?

If we needed any more proof that OKC was stuck in the 90's...

I stopped watching when he said Lillard brought the double with westbrook in the post vs blake and it was actually wright.

I knew I wouldn't be the only one.

Thank you, I heard Schonley call this live but never saw a second of it. I thought they were 24-25 all these years but that was wrong. Still amazing, IIRC they barely held on to win.

Those were the days when only about 25 games a year were televised unless you paid for "Blazer vision". I do remember how they blew that lead really quickly.

Couldn't even get cable where I lived if we could have even afforded it. My dad installed satellite dishes back then, helped him install one in Woodland Washington once. He had a small tv he used while aiming it. The first image we saw was some topless chick 1-976 number or something. Remeber hearing the guys wife accuse him of getting satellite to watch boobs. It was funny.

I can't remember how they blew the lead, maybe Schintzius used his mullet power.

Good analysis; Westbrook is pretty easy to troll into acting the way you want him to.

Those Rick Adleman coached teams did that a lot.

What a gorgeously delicious confluence of fortuitous events! His failure gives me such a great boner.
