In many fights, skill is not the determinant, going nuts is. A guy loses because his heart and breathing rates are out of control. If you can relax a little, you outlast the other guy.
 
Friends I worked with back then always got together at one house for the fights. Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Leonard, Tyson, Holyfield.

Hmm, some would say its a skill to maintain composure and stay relaxed during a fight.

I totally agree. It's a skill to write ingenious salient analysis in my cogent little pearls of wisdom, a skill to write frivolous disagreement over the definition of boxing skill, and a skill to define phrases like off-season (when we are busy with Free Agency Week and Summer League), vs. off-off season (when we fill the board with ancient grainy videos and new definitions).
