I wouldn't disqualify her out of hand. I'd be really interested to see her explain why she went on the talk shows and said things that the administration knew to be patently false. She may have a credible explanation which would satisfy me.

From what I had heard, that was all she knew. Is there evidence she knew something different, or just assumption because of her position she should have more knowledge?

A person going out on the news shows on behalf of the administration should have knowledge of what they're out to talk about, no?

And yeah, I'd think she had access to any reports, people, video, etc., regarding the situation. I imagine she has the highest govt. clearance possible.

Her sense of ethics underwhelms me, and I'm unaware of any particular qualifications she has that would make her an able replacement for Clinton. We dodged a bullet.

She's just another warmonger and Obama will replace her with the same because he's no liberal, but...why do you think that in war events, any Administration has a duty to tell us peons the truth? If I were Obama, I'd say, "Our nation was attacked, I covered up our weaknesses for a few days until the all clear was given, and I will do the same next time."
