CNN has been backing off the collusion claims in recent days.

They've also had Robert Ray on a few times as well. Shocking because he's not got his hair on fire. Ray is the prosecutor who got Bill Clinton to cop a plea deal.

Ray was asked about can the president pardon himself, etc. Can the president be indicted. He said his office asked the courts twice about indicting Clinton.

The bottom line is that it's not entirely clear that the president can pardon himself because the constitution suggests he can be indicted after leaving office.
