where by the sufferer should lose their right to protect themselves with the force of arms, even when necessary.

Should the loss of their right be for their lifetime?

Would proper medication or treatment restore their right?

Pedophilia or paedophilia is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children.

So yes, people who want to fuck children shouldn't have gun rights.

I would settle for adequate mental health funding and access for all citizens. As it is now, firearms are the only resource readily available.

>>> Seems reasonable But how you going to know? After the deed? Hell, I want the life then.

POSSESSION OF FIREARMS BY PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS

Possession of a firearm by the mentally ill is regulated by both state and federal laws.

>>> So, you already have this. What's your point?

Not sure I understand you, But you just want funding for mental health?
By the State?

Already have what? I googled it after I read your thread. Just showing you what the standard is in other states and the feds.

yes. I guess I don't see why you posted it, if it's already current restrictions.

Just like anything else in this country, the lobbyists will make that decision for our leadership.

If people with mental health issues had treatment and medication available to them, then the problem of mentally ill people with guns would be partially (mostly?) fixed.

Uh! I probably am too biased to comment on them. Off with their Heads!

So.... if you join an organization whose sole purpose is fuck children should you be allowed to keep your gun rights?

Isn't that a good enough admission that you're mentally fucked?

umm, I suspect expectations in that projection are a bit too high. Especially where the causes are not chemical.

What do you want from me Sly? Guns is not the issue in my mind with these people. Restrictions should include much more.

This is what you asked:

I gave you one. One so vile that you said:

Off with their Heads!

I also showed that pedofilla is psychiatric disorder.

So I'm asking you should pedos keep their gun rights?

I say no, their want to fuck children clearly means they are fucked in the head.

Did anyone suggest away if implemented, that would stop the shooter in Florida?

Being a pedophile has nothing to do with a person likely to use a gun to shoot someone.

It's also questionable in enough cases that no blanket rule makes any sense.

The rules for boys and older women are radically different than for girls and older men (or similar same sex situations). Hot for teacher, and all that.

Or "Romeo and Juliet" situations.

It makes sense to disarm guys (or women) who commit domestic violence.

>>> Perhaps over done now though. Being accused or the police being called, is not enough to satisfy due process.

Yes. Due Process. Pesky little thing that gets in certain peoples' way.

Since we're talking about medication and how mental issues affect school shootings. This is a chart for Ritalin.

Can you provide evidence those kids were prescribed ritalin, that they were taking it? You offer several graphs...is there one that correlates the two? Causation without correlation.

Well Chris, I sort of hoped you would weigh in on the core question. Just exactly... well you can go read the initial post.
Being a teacher and all, and not to leave out the ENFJ mind! It is a powerful thing when the owner has the feeling under control.
Your thoughts here could be persuasive.

Both good questions. Neither have an easy answer.
