But my doctor diagnosed me with a concussion.
Which I was actually surprised she was so certain of the diagnosis after just looking at my eyes and asking me questions.
I figured they'd have more tests or something? Or at least have me come back in a week.

My head hurts, especially where I was hit.
Looking at things too long is taxing so I don't think I'll be spending much time on this forum until I feel better.
Or the TV/Internet.
I'm sluggish and I'm told that I'm repeating myself a bit often.
My fiancee is less than pleased. In fact she is mad at me right now because I dove home yesterday.

But it comes and goes.
An hour ago I was completely fine.
Had to stop writing this up and come back to it because focusing hurt a bit more than I'd like to admit.
What doesn't come and go is the eye I was hit in, it's painful to move it. No damage, just painful.

Really sorry to hear this....hope you heal and get back to 100% quickly....you really took one for the team...

Concussions can really mess with you. I remember 2 days after my son was born it was my birthday and my wife was still in the hospital so me and a couple buddies took my boat out and went skiing. Took the hardest fall in my life and slapped the left side of my face hard. I stayed in the water for a bit and then got in to go home. To this day I still don't remember putting the boat on the trailer and driving home and putting the boat in the driveway (it's a long narrow driveway and not easy on a good day, but I got it in place). I went inside and called my wife as the hospital had a special dinner for the parents of the newborns and she immediately knew something wasn't right. Kind of scary. Lay low and take it easy for a few days,.

My bad, I thought you wanted a couple minutes but still wanted game action.
Being that I didn't make a single practice, I was more willing to ride the bench. Than take time away from guys who made practices.

Ahhhhh shit. We got our first internal team conflict! Things ain't all rainbows and sunshine in the RipCityTwo locker room. I see a trade coming!

And another thing: we actually had a conversation about not being afraid to tell each other when we were fucking up or doing something wrong. It's called acting like adults.

First game of day 2 I half closed out on a 3 point shooter and he made it.
@dviss1 said. 'How about a close out Brandon?'
He got the ball next possession they had same spot and I was in his face. He had no chance to make it that time.

Zero internal conflict.
What's @HCP going to do next? Release a tweet saying @BonesJones has always been a borderline dirty player.

It's not about having each others backs. It was a joke. If you would have seen HCP say it in person you wouldnt have cared. That's how he messes around. He is literally one of the nicest dudes on this forum.

How do you know everyone cared just cause it was on the forum? Do you think that maybe you are reading our posts more literal than they are? Maybe you just aren't getting our jokes? And you do know that most of us know you are @HCP right?
