I haven't played basketball in years. I'm slow, I'm out of shape, and I've got bad knees. I'm still probably better than sly though

Types of teams are further divided based on the competition level chosen on the entry form.

Recreational or Competitive. Teams should choose Recreational if their main objective for playing is to have fun and receive the player T-shirt. You enjoy playing basketball but the end result of winning games isn’t your main priority. Teams should choose Competitive if they have active, talented players who really want to win. Sure, sportsmanship is important, but bring on the competition!

Why do you guys all have bad knees? I work a job where I'm getting in and out of a truck with a 3 foot step at least 200-250 times a day. My knees are fine, other things ache sometimes though. I hope to never have bad knees.
