I threw in Chriss and 31 instead of 16, which I think is better for you since you need a PF to replace Porzingis and Chriss would be a top 15 pick in this years draft, and that's not even talking about you getting 31..

You remind me a lot of Neil Olshey

Trail Blazers are looking to trade pick 56 and Caleb Swanigan to move towards the top of the 2nd round. Willing to take on one unwanted contract in return (in addition to the higher 2nd) that is a player making up to 1.9 MIL that you want gone yesterday! Layman may be able to be added and cut for free by you in certain situations. Commish would have to review the trade and see.

Trail Blazers are looking to trade pick 56 and Caleb Swanigan plus Jake Layman to move to or towards the top of the 2nd round. Willing to take on one unwanted contract in return (in addition to the higher 2nd) that is a player making up to 3.5 MIL a year (and as little as 2 MIL). Layman is unguaranteed so instant cap savings for your team of 1.3 MIL when you cut him.

If you traded Layman you have to guarantee

Oh, that is right. Thanks for reminder. So just Swany in this case.

No prob. I had to guarantee three guys and the trade is still waiting to go through

Teams don't have to do that in real life though do they? I seem to remember this happening a lot in the summer with trades previously in the NBA.

Idk

They made a rule last summer after Morey traded for all those non guaranteed contracts. It isn't exactly like Chris Craig said. He had to do that to make the money right. Layman can be traded in certain situations without guaranteeing him.

Bones it seems really likes this years draft. I don’t mean that to sound like a jerk, just saying it seems like those picks are your thing.

Between my teams I probably own more second round picks than he does 1st

Why hasn't the Blockbuster trade been posted to the confirmation page?

After 5 days of boring speculations the Dallas Mavericks decide that they don't want to be blocked anymore and lost interest in LaMarcus Aldridge. Mark Cuban told ESPN: "I've never seen negociations taking so long for a pointless protection." The Mavs are going to pick the 5th pick in tomorrow's draft.

After Gregg Popovich offering 2 bottles of bis Best Bordeaux, Mark Cuban accept to talk again and the deal looks to FINALLY have a chance to be concluded.

The Utah Jazz (@Chris Craig ) trade Tony Bradley and the 33rd pick in the 2018 draft to the Portland TrailBlazers (@KeepOnRollin ) for Caleb Swanigan, Georgios Papagiannis, the 56th pick in the 2018 NBA draft, and the Trail Blazers 2021 2nd rnd Pick.

OH C'MON!!! I just spent an hour fixing all the spreadsheets, lol.

Wizards Here...

We are still taking offers for pick 15. Looking for front court players and bigs. We also have lots of trade pieces to make deals work including Otto Porter, Kelly Oubre, Markief Morris, and Marcin Gortat.

Atlanta Hawks Here...

We have picks 19, 30, 34, and 39 and are looking to package them to move up. If anyone is interested in adding multiple picks let us know.

Serge Ibaka, CJ Miles, Miles Plumlee, Jerryd Bayless (expiring), and Tyler Dorsey are all still available if anyone is interested. We are willing to take back bigger and longer contracts if needed.

Following their Kemba-to-Denver deal, the Hornets find their roster short on point guards, and would be open to a deal for a veteran.

Brooklyn is quietly gauging interest in Deangelo Russell, sources report.
