Utah is said to be very open in assisting Rubio in a S&T to get to where he wants to go, so teams already over the cap, or looking to get creative with their space should check in.

Sure! School in service stuff started back up this week after my summer off, I'm running hood to coast on friday, and trying to buy a new house. So, busy as hell, but can use the distraction!
