What a loss, this guy was really a legend. RIP.

R.I.P. Looking at the photo on that site, he was looking a little worse for wear. Maybe didnt come as a surprise to some. My condolences go out to his family.

Rip James Brown. "I saw Papa cry when he thought that I would die...... I saw Papa cry when he thought that I would die ..... He said somethin' was in his eye.... But I knew it was a lie."

I love you James. The only was I can descibe him is top 3 performers of all time. If anyone isnt familiar with his style look up some of his live performances on You tube. I would recoment the song "this is a mans world" It shows him in all of his glory.

Man, this is the worst news I've heard all year. James was my man, one of my main inspirations in music. I saw him at Hyde Park not too long ago and he was great. He was a carefree spirit and a true genius. I'll miss him.

May he rest in peace and be remembered, the god father of soul James Brown

Whoa he's dead?

Seemed like yesterday when he was in that Jackie Chan movie.

RIP.

Sad news indeed. RIP Godfather of Soul.

Man I didn't even know I wasn't around a t.v. yesterday.....R.I.P to the legend, he did so much for music and for people.
