Well...crap. I had hoped he would have made it. He always seemed (granted, I never knew him) as willing to self-deprecate and not take himself or his business too seriously.

Here's hoping that everyone takes a minute to write out a check to their favorite medical cause. Cancer is really tough to deal with, pancreatic cancer I would not wish upon my enemies.

That's crazy that he was in his 30's when he filmed Red Dawn. I had no idea he was so old.

That sucks, I saw previews for that show he was doing called Beast (I think) and it looked great. Then I found out he had cancer so I didn't watch it on purpose because I was afraid he might not live to keep doing the show.

Unfortunately I was right. RIP
