Can't we do the WNBA or women's soccer? I don't have fantasies about NFL players.

I am all about rejoining the basketball fantasy league. I won the year before and didn't get a chance to defend my title last year. That's like the Warriors becoming the 76ers in one off-season. Or like the 2016-2017 Blazers becoming the Lakers in one off-season.

But fantasy football? Nah.
 
Fantasy sports suck unless its fantasy football.

Your players play one frickin game the entire week.

In basketball, baseball etc they play multiple games a week. Im no longer 12 years old and cant watch every game i want to, and its just way more fun when one game means so much in terms of your total score that week.

I could see that, but I give zero shits about the NFL. I like fantasy basketball because it gives you unlimited tinkering ability. There is fun in both, I'm sure.

I don't feel a huge need to watch the games, but it does make them more entertaining when I do watch them. Fantasy basketball has made Christmas about 2x better!
 
I hate too many players in the NBA to be able to put together a decent team, so I don't even attempt to try that one.

Soooooo, I never got a response back for my last post to you. Have I just been eliminated from participating because I can't pay the fee until the 15th? ( I have to use about 90% of my paycheck to pay my rent at the beginning of each month and then use what I have left to pay for bus fare as I live in Vancouver but work in Beaverton.

Is it because the buy-in is going to be more than $20-$25?

Do I have to be present to draft my players or will I be able to draft at home from my computer?

If you could provide me with some absolutes one way or another that would be great. If it is okay with the majority of the rest of the group for me to pay on the 15th, I want to participate. Heck maybe I will receive a bonus next month and I will be able to pay the buy in sooner.

I just would like to not be kept in the dark.

I'm sorry I missed your post!

Probably $25 or so. The wait wouldn't be a problem at all. Online draft too because it's most convenient.

With RipCityDSCPL on board we only need one more for 10.

Have you picked a day and time for the draft yet?
 
...I have another draft Sunday at 6:15pm -- might be close to over by 7pm :dunno:
 
I'm thinking 7:45pm so Haak has time to complete his first draft
