This has been the year of RB's getting injured. Never seen so many starting RB's go down so quickly into a season in the 9 years i'v been playing. Heck in one of my leagues my RB's were Adullah/AP/Rawls/Woodhead, its made one hectic waiver wire season already.
Yuck. Thats some rotten luck.

In my other league I had Keenan Allen, Woodhead, Moncreif and Corey Coleman so I feel your pain.

This is why taking rbs early is overrated.

Julio, antonio brown are the guys i target heavily in the first if i can. They carry injury risk too, but ive been burned too many times by rbs. And have won when i dont heavily invest in rb

I would target them early if I had one of the first three picks because thats where those guys went. I generally draft WR's over RB's as well but where I drafted in most of my drafts 8-12 the top 5 WR's were off the board by the time I was drafting in almost every league almost forcing me to take RB's in almost all my drafts with one of my first two picks. Never seen as many WR's go in the first two rounds as I have this year as well, even in standard it almost seemed as if I was playing in PPR leagues with the amount of WR's taken.

Frank Gore + Jamison Crowder for Todd Gurley + Tejae Sharpe in a half point PPR...veto -or- allow?! :dunno:

My squads finally putting in some work!!

Did Wilson not throw that touchdown pass to Baldwin or something ?:smiley-hmm:

Murray got me 26 and Hilton got me 35. I'm getting pretty good about that trade right now.

@RipCityDSCPL I don't really understand your logic on this trade. Giving up a top 10 WR in AJ Green for Emmanuel Sanders doesn't make that much sense to me

Beasley is a consistent contributor in a ppr league, and Ginn is a throw away, so two for one. Sanders had a huge game today, and ripcity has two other top receivers.

...isn't Beasley pissing blood? Broke ribs? Did he really come back after that crushing hit?

I didn't see the hit, but was listening on the radio. He came back right after. Tough dude. He would be perfect in the patriots system.

What are you thinking then? I didn't think you would be interested in Dez since he can't catch Daks passes and I don't want to give up Diggs. At least Dalton throws in Greens direction. Would Bennet be a better option instead of Ginn?

Wait. Were you trying to explain my logic to @BonesJones or were you saying why you didn't like the trade I proposed?

In another league, I was proposed this trade. What do you think?
I give up DeAngelo Williams and receive Matt Jones. The other guy has L.Bell, so that's why he wants Williams as insurance. With Bell back this week, Williams wont have much value as long as Bell stays healthy. Jones hasnt done much, but he is getting more and more carries in Washington.

I liked the trade, that is why I accepted it. I Was trying to show bones why it is a fair trade.

See if you can wait another week to see how Williams is affected by Bell's return. I think Williams is still going to hold good value though.

you SHOULD be able to get a solid flex option out of Williams, if you view jones as that then sure. then again bell tends to get hurt, so you could twist the guys arm for a bit more maybe?

GUYS I really need RBs... I can trade Tom Brady or Cam Newton (after this week when Brady is back) and I've got some good receivers too. Also my backup TE (Kyle Rudolph) is a good starting TE.
