Nice. He's much more representative of Portland than Dudley.

Love Lopez. Hope he stays in Portland for the rest of his career.

I was glad to see him go for it! He deserves his name in the archives for the season he's given us! Lucas award as well! Shout out to Rolo! The Beast!
He just came out and crushed it for 12 minutes solid!

But, but, what about having to give up Jeff Withey?

This record is a little deceptive. The league didn't keep track of offensive and defensive rebounds until 73-74. In the years prior to that, I'm sure that Schluter, or Wicks, or Ellis, or possibly Neal had more offensive rebounds.

Maybe not. Impressive none the less.

Lopez hit 326 with his 7 orb tonight! So glad to have Rolo a part of this team!

60 more than JJ 'I just rebound' Hickson

Edit: on a side note, look how much our current guys dominate the 3 pt column.

Per 36 minutes it's Lopez 4.4, Hickson 4.1. Not a giant difference because Lopez played 280 more minutes.

And look at Hickson showing up on SIX more lists, Defensive Rebounds, OR%, DR%, TR%, FG%, and Effective FG%, while Lopez is on just the Blocks list.

Not only do I enjoy Rolo as a player, but the guy just seems so completely chill. If he has a long career in Portland, he could go down as one of the most beloved Blazers of all time.

I think, like Channing Frye, he gets the city and is smart enough to know he has a good thing here.

I would really like to see Channing return to Portland to be part of the broadcast team when he retires.
