There are PLENTY in this country who stand for the protection of the unborn. Why not let the states decide?

6 of the justices (who made this decision today) were appointed by presidents who LOST the popular vote.

the majority of people in this country do not want this.

Hey ABM: suppose technology allowed wombs to be implanted in men. Would you volunteer to have one so you could carry a fetus that would otherwise be aborted (say, by a woman in one of those godless blue states)? Genuine question. I want to know how far your regard for the "unborn" goes.

Also: you must be in favor of whatever it is they do in the blue states that keeps their abortion rates lower than in the red states. You know: making contraception available to all who want it, and comprehensive sex education. I mean, assuming you actually care about lowering the number of abortions, and you're not just a fan of punishing women.

and everyone of you should be required to raise every orphan caused by this and pay for it's education and future health care. goddamned stone-aged fundementalist religious dogma....there's absolutely nothing good about this return to a paternally dominated society. Any man who thinks he has the right to dictate a women's freedom of choice can clearly go fuck himself. Same with the feeble attempt to force gay people back into the closet and make their love a crime...just a dumb fucking move by the courts...people will suffer because of this. It's not the job of a democratic government to dictate or define our free will and life choices that are precious and stand for equality....stop attacking equality. Keep your fucking religious dogma out of government period. We're not Afghanistan for fuck's sake!

State's rights bullshit. Republicans already said next time they have presidency and Congress their first action will be to outlaw all abortions in all states. And maybe birth control. Does anyone really think bible thumping misogynists like ABM will say that's wrong, California should be able to keep abortion legal?
 
If you're passing anti-abortion laws we're going to need new castration laws for men who make women pregnant against their wills.

After they have stripped Women's and Gay rights?

what this is is another reminder that elections have consequences. but far too many people don't give a shit. the outrage you see on social right now is not the solution. Voting the right people is.

Not gonna happen. We'll just have to make a better legal argument to get government out of personal decisions.

Or pack the court. But that doesn't end well.

We really need to start voting the proper people into power.
