If it's not part of the woman and the state has asserted responsibility for it, it's in violation of the 3rd amendment, and should be immediately arrested and put into custody. If the state isn't claiming it, then it's trespassing, and can be murdered legally through stand your ground laws.

not mature enough for an abortion but mature enough to raise a child?
This whole page/thread is just full of WTF’s

That is exactly how these laws are written. If a minor can't get parental consent she has to persuade a judge, usually an older man, she is mature enough to decide. If not, decision forced on her.

There was a case that made national news. Parents locked up for neglect and abuse of their children. Children put in foster system but oldest daughter was de facto caregiver of her three younger siblings while working full time and still graduated high school top of her class and was offered scholarships. But she was pregnant. If there was ever a young person who showed character and courage in impossible situation it was her, but she reasonably explained she couldn't add a baby to her other responsibilities. Judge said that showed she wasn't mature and forced her to give up college and carry to term.
Punish the slut.

A Louisiana woman discovered the fetus she is carrying is acranial. In simple language, no head. Repeat. No fucking head. Obviously no chance of survival. Under Louisiana law she can't have an abortion. She either has to carry to term and go through labor and delivery or leave the state. The nearest state where she can legally obtain an abortion is Florida, which bans abortion after 15 weeks. She is 13 weeks pregnant. She had to hurry.
And DeathSantis wants to change Florida law, excuse me, Free State of Florida law, to ban abortion.
Free to punish the sluts

The same court forced another teen to carry a pregnancy to term against her will because she had poor grades.
Usually when a teen isn't doing well in school it is suggested they cut back extracurricular activities to focus on studies. Not add an enormous responsibility by having an unwanted child.

After the victory for women in Kansas, West Virginia Republicans decided against putting the issue before voters. They themselves passed a bill outlawing abortion. Because voters and women can't be allowed to decide for themselves.

Yeah, I knew that was coming. We will see alot more of this.

The Republican candidate for Michigan governor said forcing teen rape victims to carry rape pregnancies to term "heals" them. Spoke of the wonderful bond between rape victims and children they are forced against their will to birth.

Actual studies show the opposite. But who needs facts?

After their resounding defeat in Kansas, anti woman groups asked for recount, which is their legal right. Recount showed they lost decisively. They now plan to go door to door checking registration of people who voted.

Claiming election was stolen just like 2020 presidential election. Can't face fact people just don't like them.

Two anti woman judges were voted out of office in Florida. One ruled a teen had to be forced to give birth against her will because she didn't have good grades. The other forced a teen to give birth against her will because she isn't mature enough to make her own decisions. But mature enough to raise an unwanted child.

Too late for the teens whose lives they ruined.

More proof that "states rights" are just a method to gerrymander unpopular ideas without losing votes for being fascists. All those republicans saying it was about states right are all looking like chumps or liars right now.
