Looks good. Modern special effects really make this type of movie better.

This is why I was excited about Disney buying the franchise from Lucas. I knew they would actually start producing new content. Obviously the concern is that it becomes too watered down.
 
This looks better than the Force Awakens. I feel like the same thing is going to happen as with the Marvel movies for me, the spin offs are going to be better than the mainline numbered ones.

Agreed. I've already forgotten The Force Awakens and I don't have any desire to watch it again any time soon. This looks much better.

This is a Star Wars movie, or no? They just had a new one last winter, why so fast with another one. Trailer gave me some goose bumps for sure. The music is amazing and seeing Vader at the en........errr, I guess it looks OK if your into that geek shit!

It's a Star Wars anthology series, main timeline movies will be odd years, anthology series will be even years.

It's a movie leading up to the very first Star Wars. They're stealing the death star plans in this movie.

Donnie Yen is one of the greatest swordsmen on the planet and can act...about time the light sabre finally got a real kung fu dude with chops...Ewan McGregor and Liam Neeson nor Alec Guiness could handle a blade properly
 
This is one of the few movie franchises where I'll buy the movie...I can watch these over and over

Donnie Yen is legitimately the main reason I'm excited for this movie.
