Not as bold as Huntsman's, but he stands a better chance at winning the nomination than does the former Governor of Utah, so he has to hedge his words a bit more.

Having read it, he seems to be putting his eggs in the "competence" basket, being a technocrat rather than a visionary leader. To me, it hints of a repudiation of Obama's policies, but not the kind of dramatic swing one would see under a Perry, Bachmann, Cain or Gingrich Administration.
All in all, not bad.
