Rookies Taking Someone to School

Three years ago, Jason Kidd took a Westfield girl to school, then last year, a Wayne boy. In between, Vince Carter took a Brooklyn boy to school. This year, that limo/school bus is going to be crowded. The Nets will have three rookies–Brook Lopez, Ryan Anderson and Chris Douglas-Roberts–in the back seat for the Nets’ popular promotion. The team is taking applications from parents of children 5-12.

I remember posting an article about Kidd taking a young boy to school. I can't believe that was 3 years ago. Seems like just yesterday.
