I just found it odd that the NBA would contact the Blazer announcers and give them an "Attaboyz" for how they handled Foster's mess.

Their broadcast was on NBATV (which is unusual), so Stern was particularly interested in the quality of their call to a national audience. If they were only broadcasting to Portland, he probably wouldn't have cared how they handled it.
