Background is good, I like the colours, just fade the scan lines and it will be great. Not great about the font, the colours are nice but the font just doesnt go. Good render effects, maybe blend it in a bit more but its fine the way it is. Try and download a text brush, it gives a good depth in your background.
Your border is a little off balance, try and make it even

lol well hopefully those psds help a little, keep trying new things and you will get some weird sig that looks good.

background is nice.. just lower the scanlines and it will look good.. and version 1s background is better with-out that little bit of fire blowing out his arse.. the blending on the cut could be a lot better, its too dark.. text also wrecks it.. if you chose a different font then maybe it would look better with the colours.. might even look nice with the same orange as the background with a different font?
