I think Roy is getting an ego, but rightfully. I don't think Canzano is a d-bag, but I think he stirs up drama at times for his own attention.

Here's what gets me: I'm pretty damn sure B-Roy is a conservative. Why else would he not vote until compelled by his family? He was obviously conflicted about not wanting to vote for Obama because he was conservative, but wanting to because he was an historic candidate (or "his people" if you prefer). That subtext seemed pretty obvious to me from the beginning.

Many of the guys on the team are pretty devout guys, especially LMA and B-Roy. If Roy wants a moment with God, who the fuck is Canzano to nervously giggle and imply he's unpatriotic?

Canzano just plagiarized Quick. He should resign, since it's obvious he doesn't even read his own paper.

As far as I know, NBA players aren't in the military, so military standards don't apply to them.

Fuck. As someone who often does very random, crazy things, I consider this a challenge. I will have to try to accomplish this. And yes, this would be an accomplishment. Saving the world from his breeding would make it doubly-important.

Make sure you're in the state of Washington when you do it. I think you'll just get a couple of weekends of picking up trash along the freeway. In Oregon that's a Measure 11 crime. You could do 60 months in the state pen.

Yeah, this is why going to the tunnel or whatever doesn't bother me, either: there are lots more common ways everybody in the arena is disrespectful, from a strict POV. Mildly off-topic, I kinda get that way about flags. I never say anything to anyone about it, but folks getting it out for the 4th or Flag Day or whatnot and then not knowing how to take care of it kinda bothers me. Not too much, though, since you know they weren't ever in and didn't learn.

Military people perceive it as a slight and disrespect when civilians don't behave as military personnel do? Really? They must feel slighted an awful damn lot.

Crap, I don't make my bed, I don't wear a uniform, I can't do very many pushups, I don't say "sir" when talking to my superiors, I don't kill people in foreign lands, the list is pretty much endless. Bummer for the military folks who observe me.
