Yep if they are trading 35 million in assets I would expect more than a one-dimensional center back in return.
However, Joe has only been on the job for 12 months and he has already traded a "core" player in CJ. so I am not sure why your mind would be blown if he traded Nurk or Grant.

After all the shit the Timberwolves have been given for giving up 4 first rounders for Gobert, they only do this trade after a change of GMs. And my impression is that none of Gobert's teammates like him, so Dame would be FURIOUS at that swap.
