So, leading candidates for 2 players needing to be cut: Greg Oden, Raymond Felton & Mehmet Ocur?

Source confirms: Lakers send Derek Fisher and first-round pick to Rockets for Jordan Hill. It's Dallas' 2012 first.

The Lakers turned Luke Walton, Derek Fisher, Jason Kapono and two first-round picks into Ramon Sessions, Christian Eyenga and Jordan Hill.

Still seeing late reports that Jamal Crawford could be dealt. NBA will give teams extra time to complete deals if they're close to done.

Fingers crossed.

Just remember folks: Rome wasn't built in a day ... but it was burned down about that fast.

JC says he's staying in PDX. Wonder what the last-minute deal was that fell-through?

Chris Haynes ‏ @ChrisBHaynes
Jamal Crawford just text me and said he's staying #PDX.

The Blazers tried to package Raymond Felton with Wesley Matthews, but couldn't find a deal they liked.

which meant they had takers? damn.

So we end up where we began, with no capable PG on the roster?

I give management an A! They did a great job not folding and shedding more cap room and getting a damn good pick. KUDOS!

So the Blazers jettison Wallace, who couldn't have been seen as part of a longterm scenario and who could have screwed up the summer's cap situation by picking up his option. They also dump Camby who has been playing like a zombie most of the season and who would have been gone after this summer anyway. They get a top-3 protected pick this year from NJ and a 2nd rounder from Houston, get a look at Flynn and keep all of their options open for cap space this summer. Pretty good deadline day, considering where the team is at right now. It's going to be ugly the rest of the way out this year, but that just helps get another good pick. The rebuild is on. Yippee....I guess.

Damn. What happened to the championship window?

Roy and Oden injuries and ended careers happened to that window

I imagine 5 trade sin queue are just the 5 reported deals. Wallace, sessions, camby, jefferson, and fisher.

Why didn't Jamal Crawford go to the Lakers? Portland didn't want the $3.4M player option that Derek Fisher has next season, source tells Y!
