The Russian Media is openly backing Trump. Seems Russia is scared of a Hillary Clinton presidency where they won't get to do whatever they want.

I for one want to be chill with other world powers and not start wars or police the Middle East so I see no problem with this.

But Hilary wants troops everywhere over there to keep her money flowing.

I'd wager the latter are doing more damage to America than the Russians.

There is a fairly large Russian Community in Eugene, and many of them teach at the U of O. They are really concerned with the anti Russian rhetoric coming from Hillary. Most of them came here
after the relations improved greatly with the demise of the Soviet Union. They feel Clinton is now using Russia to rally her supporters, focusing on a common enemy. I think they are correct.

For one I have never praised "taking in Isis agents from Syria" And, why I don't agree with anyone being here illegally, those Mexicans are the foundation of our economy...they do all the jobs no one else wants, and actually do a lot for our country and a mass deportation will destroy our economy. I am not saying they should be here illegally, it's just not as easy as sending everyone packing.

Your ideology of world peace is cute. I would love nothing more than for that to happen, but it never will...especially when everyone is sitting with enough nukes to destroy the world with the push of a button.

The sad truth is, The United States isn't the good guy, there are no good guys. Our country was built on pillaging third world nations for resources, putting them so far in to debt that we control them...the truth is we are no better than Russia or anyone else. Yes we are the bully. We are a global empire, and countries like Russia and China are trying to climb to number one, which scary enough China is doing. The thing is this climate means there can be no friendships, no complete peace. The world is a competition, which is fucking sad...world peace? Brotherhood? I wish, but it's just naivety.

I happen to know some Russian americans in Eugene who don't support Trump or the Russian media much....let's just say there are other opinions. I know quite a few teachers from the university here and have yet to talk with a Trump supporter who's a professor....I'm sure there are some
