Ranger organization will raise #19 next year to salute long time Ranger center Jean Ratelle. He centered
the line of Vic Hadfield and Rod Gilbert. It was called the GAG line for scoring a goal a game.
He was as smooth as silk on the ice. The greatest Ranger line I have ever watched.
Good to see he gets to see his number raised to the rafters. Well deserved.
Should have won the Stanley Cup in the 1960s; lost out to Boston, Chicago and Montreal
twice.
