How Brassard fanned on that shot is beyond me. Anyway, the Rangers can clinch before Tuesday with a New Jersey regulation loss or OT/SO loss on Monday.

You guys who drop little hints that you rather not have home ice make me laugh. YES we have played better on the road, but guess what...we are 0-2 in Philly. Philly is VERY good at home. And that has a long 7 game series written all over it...you really want to play game 7 in Philly rather than MSG...really?
Instead of blaming the refs, how about we blame Staal for skating after Neal and jumping him. It did noting except what Neal wanted. and then MZA gets himself a penalty as well. Why? What was the point of that? That is EXACTLY what the Sens wanted...trust me. When that guy gave MZA a stick jab you don't think he knew what he was doing???
We never really had the puck to pull Hank. Should they have pulled him with the faceoff in our zone?
You know what was dumb??? Us taking the Neal bait and not maintaining our composure with 2:45 left in a game we certainly wanted to win, while it meant zero to the Sens.
One last comment. Next year the first Ottawa game someone should just skate up to Neil and beat the SH*T out of him. Then tell Staal, that ones for you buddy. That is how I would handle Neil. Not last night when we needed the points WAY more than trying to prove something late in the game.
