Forum Game Say Something Nice About Meyers

You could combine him with Greg Oden and have a middle-aged, injury-prone, center-wannabe.

We all give Meyers shit because of his play but obviously he has some mental block that prevents him from becoming the player he should be. Overall though he seems like a good dude, seems like he has a dope wife and life, new contract for 40 mil, more power to him.

Alright. Now I will say something legitimately nice about Meyers. He actually does seem like a genuinely nice person. In pro sports you have some real A-holes. Meyers cares about his hometown and his family. And you can't say enough about that.

I do believe that he has the physical tools to be a very good bench player. In the spirit of the thread I will leave off the part that we all know is the problem but but physically that is definitely a positive thing going for for him.

I will say that I don't dislike Leonard and I don't begrudge him his salary. I mean, sure, he took advantage of a naive small town GM with his big city wiles, but ultimately Olshey has to take responsibility for his mistakes.

He lets out of towners crash at his pad. Just give him a call....

Meyers would kick ass one-on-one against anyone likely to be posting on this board.

Just sayin'.

Meyers really does care about your health.
He helps you each, individually, with a personal workout each game he plays.

Note the involuntary side-to-side movement of your head, and the rising of the palm to the forehead as he is announced to enter the game.

I've heard this before, even from Meyers himself when he got upset over some tweet. I no joke would pay to see him play one on one with all his "haters." I know I wouldn't be scared to play him.

I would just play in the paint on offense and defense. He'd never come in on offense and would jump backwards every time on defense. And I know I could finish my taxes and then remember to contest his shot anyway, so I have no worries.
