Anyone know what the New schedule is going to be with this shorten season? Trying to go to a Game or two!!

I heard each team will only play 18 non-conference games total. That means there are 6 Eastern Conference teams that won't come to the Rose Garden this year.

The schedule is going to be brutal, especially to the older teams.

The Celtics are going to need oxygen tanks and IV drips on the bench.

To meet the guidelines that were released by the Pacers, the Blazers need to reschedule 9 games to make 66. Of those, atleast two of the Phoenix games, one of the San Antonio and one of the Pacer games need to be added. That leaves five. The problem then is that 6 home dates and 5 away games were cancelled for non-confererence teams and the Pacer game needs played. That means atleast two games will have to be taken off the current schedule for non-conference foes. That leaves 7 conference games to be rescheduled. I would guess they would try to play the home DEN, MIN, UTA, and away DEN since they are conference foes. The other three are anyones guess.

^Reading that just made me dizzy!

The season begins 30 days after the agreement, Christmas. If they could have started it a week earlier, it would have helped a little.

All 30 teams will play games on three consecutive days on at least one occasion, but no more than three.

Jesus. All I can think when I read this thank god LaMarcus has insane stamina.

I do know that there is usually only 1 or 2 games on Monday nights as it is. Since Christmas is on a Sunday, i wonder if they will wait until Tuesday the 27th for a full slate of games.
