Megastar emcee Diddy was arrested for assault Monday after a fight involving a kettlebell weight on the UCLA campus, police said
According to a statement from the school's police department, the fight happened at the Acosta Athletic Training Complex just after 12:30 p.m.
It was not clear who was involved or what sparked the fight, but Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, the statement said.
Police said that no one was seriously injured in the dustup.
