So many invisible people

but honestly who cares?? Is this really what Trump wants to spend time on??? Jesus, start acting like a president and stop acting like a spoiled pouty My Sweet Sixteen star. Really your party was fabulous. No one was mocking you in the bathroom. Just go drive your car and quit crying or your mascara will run.

I tried to find out WHY the bleacher seats were empty. If the media knows, they are not saying, or, I could not find it.

You needed a ticket to get into the bleachers. One report said, since the parade was running an hour late, those people left. I am not buying that story.

Another report hinted that the tickets were never given out (or sold, not sure of the process to get a ticket). Why they were not given out, again no idea.

Has anyone heard anymore on the empty bleacher seats, and WHY they were empty?

I could really care less about how many people attended.....I'm more interested in how many people across the globe protested....millions and they weren't media.....they were PEOPLE.......let's ignore them eh

Are the trump fanbois still going with "it actually WAS the biggest ever, spicer wasn't lying!" nonsense? That was funny for a minute

Isn't it telling that Trump who had professed to be a president for all people, and who supposedly wants to give the government back to the people, ignores the millions of people who protested yesterday in the march.

I want to try and stay open minded and accept that he's a different president with a different style but I'm just so shocked but his first press conference. The size of the inauguration ceremony and one guy incorrectly reporting the MLK bust was removed and he corrected himself later. That's the concern of the day when there a 3 million people around the world shutting cities down in protest. It's surreal.

No other president got half as many, so yeah, "pathetic" is the right word.

Hey, I only got outscored by 50 points! Everyone else got outscored by 60! I scored the most points in the history of points, and that is a fact!

Pathetic!

I am not shocked by the message Trump sent in his first press statement. Throwing the first sucker punch at those Trump consider his opponents is his MO. We saw him taking sucker punches at his opponents during the entire race. He is trying to knock the media off balance.

What I am shocked at is how unprofessionally it was handled by Trump. I would hope there are better ways to send a message to the media to improve their credibility.

He's hired someone to handle his twitter account apparently

That was my thought. The tweet is as vague as it could be. Definitely doesn't respect the measure and proportion of yesterday's march.

62.9M voted for Trump. 65.8M for Clinton. How many showed up at these marches?

The number of voters kind of dwarf the protesters.

So? Since more people who voted for Trump didn't come out to protest somehow invalidates the protest?

If you say so.

I think lots of Trump voters showed up at the marches. Being pro women isn't just for non-Trump voters.

What was the number of votes for American idol? I think they kind of dwarf the presidential election.

Organizers have insisted that the march isn’t an anti-Trump protest but rather a rallying cry for women’s issues and a range of liberal causes that could be threatened by the Trump administration. The event’s policy platform covers issues such as racial profiling, climate change, abortion and LGBTQ rights. The official website lists 177 partners including Planned Parenthood, the Human Rights Campaign, the NAACP and Voto Latino.
