I made it on Photofiltre mixed with PaintShop Pro X, here is the sig:

Ok first of all, I think you should make your sigs 400x100 so that the stuff isn't all crammed into the sig like that. Second, that text needs to be changed, it doesn't really go with the sig. And also, is something wrong with his head? For some reason, it looks really skinny compared to the rest of his body...

The background is way too busy and doesn't fit.

It looks as if you squished sean's image too much horizontally. hold shift when you are resizing
