Photoshop Elements. I can't do everything the full program does, although so far thats only be definition. I've been able to do fairly well and haven't hit a wall yet.</p>

The only way I know how to make a sig without using a program is by "Paint".</p>

Apparently GIMP is a free software that allows you to do some photoshop-esque things. I tried downloading it though and couldn't navigate it and found it hard to use. But who knows that might be an avenue worth checking out. Once you figure out <font color="#ff0000">sig making in general</font> its pretty easy. It took me 15 minutes to make that, and thats only because I had to try this blur-effect out for the first time.</p>
