That list could be much longer.
Williams is not even be the best shotblocker in the draft (give me Oden over him any day of the week, and probably even Lasme). Most of his blocks came in the way Stromile Swift got his blocks in college. They were based off his size and explosiveness more than his timing, and a lot of times the guy didn't even have the common sense to keep the ball in play.
Also, when you say that he's the third best talent in the draft, you're talking about his entire skillset, and outside of his shotblocking, there really isn't much to talk about with Williams. It's not just a matter of his attitude keeping him down. It's a matter of him being inexperienced and awkward in the post offensively. Not to mention that he's probably more over aggressive than any other draft pick at this point, even moreso than Greg Oden.
Even if you did believe that Williams is a top three talent in the draft (which is a joke), once you factor in his lack of a work ethic, lack of a willingness to learn, and his overall lack of heart, you're left with a player that's destined to be out of the league sooner than any other first rounder in his draft class.
