It's OSU commentator Lamar Hurd....not a bad choice...I was thrilled to see they're in negotiations with Brian Grant to work with Wheels later in the season
He played for the Beavs......I think they assumed local people would remember this.

I think Lamar Hurd would be great. Up and coming young broadcaster, former Oregon State Beaver, and has ties to Portland. And he sounds like a good guy, does a lot for kids.

I did too, and I concur.I checked out Hurd's work and I like the guy...I'm not at all bummed about him with Calabro...they've co broadcasted many Pac 12 games together
