he just-opened Microsoft store announced it's holding a free Dave Matthews concert at 7 p.m.today at Bellevue Square.

Matthews will give a free acoustic performance. No tickets or purchase are required. The store recommends you come early for a good spot.

Microsoft tweeted the Dave Matthews announcement @MicrosoftStore an hour ago, and here is the Facebook page. As of now, 44 people have RSVPed.

This morning, the store gave away free tickets to a Miley Cyrus concert Saturday near Bellevue Square to draw people to the store's grand opening.

What do hipsters have to do with this? Dave Mathews is about as far removed from hipsters as it gets.

I am decidedly NOT in a hipster crowd... I work (and used to live) in the (or a) heart of hipsters.

The annoying thing about hipsters that I can quite get over is when I find a woman attractive and I KNOW I have no shot based on my lack of eyewear, headwear or tattoos. And that I don't drink PBR.
