yeah...that is crazy...and it was weird to see McGrady at #2 and Paul at #3 in the West....ouch. At least Paul is only back by about 20,000 votes...so he should be fine

Obviously we shouldn't go after Bosh in 2010 as we have better player than him on our roster. LMAO.

VC really deserves to start over Iverson this season...
Come on people, let's vot VC to start!!

Come on China, vote for VC!!

go YI! I am glad to see YI having better season than bosh

makes me sick that joe johnson is like last in guards the man is a quality player on a quality team....

I don't see why any Nets fan would want YI to be an All-Star. If he makes it, then either Harris or Vince will not. There's no way 3 Nets make it to the ASG.

Also, it's a real shame that Joe J finds himself behind the likes of Luke Ridnour and Jose Calderon.

Ben Gordon behind Luke Ridnour, disgusting.

Hopefully Stern at least has the where with all to invite Gordon to the three point contest. No use to continue snubbing one of the best three point shooters of all time from the contest.

As a Nets fan, i would be ashamed...as i will be, if Yi makes the all-star game. First off he certainly doesnt deserve it, and others ride coattails of reputations of past years to get in (see iverson) but at least they were good at one point. Second, this would just bring more negative attention to the nets, more bashing, more posters just ranting on our boards. We would have one of the biggest jokes happen in the history of the NBA.

The Nets home fan attendance is the biggest joke in the NBA. You're lucky people are even voting for them.

What the hell does the Nets' attendance have to do with voting?

Instead of voting for Yi, these "people" should be voting for Harris. He actually deserves to be in the ASG.

Didn't you hear? Your not allowed to say anything bad regarding Yi on these boards. If you do you'll be reminded that everything else is wrong about the nets, NJ, and anything associated with it, but Yi is not a problem.

Nice. Shows the intelligence on you.

It was lame, classless, but this is no win topic. All-star game is popularity contest. We can only criticize on these anonymous votes. And all the hate always end up on the Chinese guy on the team that did nothing.

Yi sucks, but wtf, he didn't vote for himself.

You guys are willing to suck Chinese cocks for votes, so swallow and STFU.

Official Site Rules for SportsTwo

SportsTwo is intended to be a fun community. Keep this in mind, as all of our rules are geared toward making it this way.

1. All posters with honorable intentions are welcome.
2. This is a big site with a lot of members. You may not like every one of them. However, we expect everyone to at least respect each other.
3. Respect the moderators, global moderators, producers, commissioners, admins, and other staff members of SportsTwo.
4. Flame wars are not allowed. We do tolerate poking fun of one another in good fun, but hateful posts towards another poster are not allowed.
5. Trash talk is allowed. It's one thing to call Portland's NBA team the "Jailblazers" and another to call their fans idiots. The former is allowed, the latter is not.
6. SportsTwo is to be a work-friendly and family-friendly site. While there is no blanket rule on how to enforce this, it is completely the discretion of SportsTwo staff to enforce this rule and how to enforce it.
7. Everyone is here to offer their opinions, so be prepared to have people disagree with your opinions. There is a difference between attacking someone's post (their opinion) and attacking the poster with the latter not allowed. The staff is here to monitor for such occurrences.

Seems like plenty of excuses for banning here.

Woah woah woah. You think we're hating on Yi because he's Chinese? Get real; we're hating on the fact that he's getting so much votes when he doesn't even deserve it. Say it was Trenton Hassell in his place; the same thing would be said about him.

I wouldn't hate anyone who get votes. they didn't vote for themselves. what's so hard to understand. You're all jealous on who deserves to be popular in a popularity contest. The fans might be idiots but they have the right to vote for who ever they want.

If Hassell can get votes, more power to him. I probably wouldn't watch the all-star game. that is my right.
