6 illegal immigrants linked to Mexican cartel arrested in NC for drug trafficking operation, officials say

By Frank Miles | Fox News
Drug-Gang.jpg

A massive drug operation with ties to a Mexican drug cartel resulted in the arrest of six immigrants in the country illegally. From left to right, upper row: Oscar Rangel-Gutierrez, Raul Rangel-Gutierrez, Regulo Rangel Gutierrez; lower row ( L to R) Rodolfo Martinez, Rigoberto Rangel-Gutierrez and Francisco Garcia-Martinez.

Six illegal immigrants with ties to a Mexican drug cartel — a rival of the powerful Sinaloa cartel, whose notorious leader Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was convicted last week — were arrested in an elaborate drug trafficking operation in North Carolina, according to reports.

The massive drug operation included transporting large amounts of cocaine and methamphetamine across state lines — for instance, from Texas to Georgia and North Carolina, WSOC reported.

The feds identified the suspects as Oscar Rangel-Gutierrez, Regulo Rangel-Gutierrez, Francisco Garcia-Martinez, Rodolfo Martinez, Raul Rangel-Gutierrez and Rigoberto Rangel-Gutierrez.

“Members of the investigative team believe — based on wire intercepts, surveillance and other facts discovered from the investigation — that Oscar and Regulo transport illicit proceeds, derived from the sales of narcotics, when they travel from Myrtle Beach to Charlotte,” according to federal court documents, as WMBF reported.

Misty Joyner, who reportedly lived near the home in Charlotte where investigators said Rangel-Gutierrez stored drug money, was in disbelief about her neighbors.

“Just devastating,” Joyner told WSOC. “They were good people.”

Rangel-Gutierrez is affiliated with the upstart Jalisco New Generation cartel, which has tried to stage incursions into Sinaloa territory, sparking bloody turf battles in places like Tijuana. The border city across from San Diego has become one of the world’s deadliest cities.

This is as perfect example of what the other 20 Million Mexican immigrants are like in this country.

103 illegal aliens arrested at Arizona border; CBP alarmed at uptick in border crossings by large groups

By Frank Miles | Fox News

Mexico announces plans to close shelter housing 1,600 migrants: Will they go to Texas?

A group of 103 illegal Central Americans — composed of 81 Guatemalans and 22 Hondurans, and including 59 minors — was detained Monday morning west of Lukeville, Ariz., according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

The U.S. Border Patrol, an arm of the CBP, said agents using mobile surveillance technology first spotted the group — ranging in age from 1 to 56 years old — “as they walked through the anti-vehicle post-and-rail fence that delineates the U.S.-Mexico border.”

It's unclear what is driving a sudden uptick in large groups in remote areas attempting to cross the border, but families -- many of them Central American asylum-seekers -- make up a large and growing percentage of arrests at the border, authorities said.

“In the last few months, Border Patrol agents have seen an alarming surge of large family groups crossing the border illegally at the direction of human smugglers,” CBP said in a statement. “Transnational criminal organizations exploit the vulnerability of family groups with false promises of legal status and encourage dangerous border crossings, placing lives at risk.”

Meanwhile, the latest groundbreaking of the Trump administration's border wall project came three days after President Trump declared a national emergency. The American Civil Liberties Union on Tuesday filed the fourth legal challenge to the emergency declaration.

A group of 16 states, including California, New York and Colorado, filed a lawsuit Monday against Trump’s emergency declaration to build the proposed border wall. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleges Trump’s declaration is unconstitutional. All the states involved in the lawsuit have Democratic attorneys general.

Trump inherited barriers covering about one-third of the border. His administration has awarded $1 billion in contracts to cover 97 miles, with the vast majority of the work being done to replace existing barriers. Work on the first extension of the barrier is scheduled to begin later this month — 14 miles in Texas’ Rio Grande Valley.

Somewhere there is some serious irony here. I don't mind an intellectual discussion on whether there should be a wall or not but to be lectured to by people who sit behind a wall in a gated community with private security....seems a little disingenuous.

At least they don't complain about the environment and then drive their Ferrari to the airport and fly their private plane to Paris to have breakfast. That would really tick me off.

You forgot the green font as you can't be serious.

Rather than a wall....dig a deep trench to wide for ladders with rattlesnakes lying in wait. On the other side put miniature patriot missiles to shoot down any ufo's. Or just line the boarder with wind turbines with lazer guns mounted.

Put water and electric eels and call it a moat. With drawbridges and fairies and Ogres - let's make the border the fairy tale it deserves to be.

Brought to you by the people for Shrek / Donkey 2020.

They don't have an awful lot of tunnels to deal with. Nor do they have a lot of smuggling through their check points.

Illegal immigrant with criminal history arrested in California woman's murder

Police in California have arrested an illegal immigrant with known gang ties and an extensive criminal history in the February killing of a San Jose woman.

Carlos Eduardo Arevalo Carranza, 24, was arrested Monday night in connection with the murder of 59-year-old Bambi Larson; police say he stalked her before stabbing her to death.

Larson, a systems manager in San Jose, did not show up for work on Feb. 28. That seemed unusual to co-workers, who phoned her son to alert him.

Larson’s son and a co-worker went to her home in the 900 block of Knollfield Way around 1:45 p.m. and discovered her body in the bedroom, San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia said.

Police arrived and found Larson suffering from multiple stab wounds consistent with a cutting tool, multiple lacerations to her body and blunt force trauma. They also recovered a bloodied towel and footprints from the scene near a sliding door.

U.S. could see a million illegal immigrants cross the southern border by the end of 2019

Garcia said that police searched hours of video surveillance from the neighborhood and were able to find a suspect.

“The home security cameras showed an unidentified male wearing a backpack, pants and a long-sleeve sweater or shirt as he approached and later left the victim’s residence.”

MOM WHOSE SON, 23, WAS KILLED BY ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT URGES TRUMP TO KEEP FIGHTING FOR BORDER WALL

Poor video quality prevented police from making a positive ID but they were able to trace the suspect’s path and eventually found a T-shirt containing DNA from the victim and the suspect.

On March 10, a man identified as Carranza was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and was taken in by San Jose police for processing, and a DNA sample was obtained.

Because DNA results from Larson’s case had not come back yet, the connection was not made and Carranza was released.

Garcia said when the results finally came in on Monday, police tracked down and arrested Carranza, who was on probation at the time of the murder.

Police located Larson’s phone and e-reader in the suspect’s possession.

“The suspect, Carlos Eduardo Arevalo Carranza , stalked this San Jose neighborhood and his victim. He is a San Jose transient … and is a self-admitant gang member.”

SOUTHERN BORDER AT ‘BREAKING POINT’ AFTER MORE THAN 76,000 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS TRIED CROSSING IN FEBRUARY, OFFICIALS SAY

Garcia declined to name the gang but listed the extensive criminal history of Carranza, who had six separate detainer requests against him via Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to Garcia, the suspect was detained by the Department of Homeland Security at the border in Texas and deported in 2013.

Two years later he was arrested and accused of possession of paraphernalia and convicted of burglary in San Jose. In 2016 he was arrested on charges of battery of an officer, resisting arrest and entering and occupying a property. That same year, in October, Carranza was arrested in Los Angeles on battery charges.

His final arrest before the murder of Larson was in January, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.

Despite having six detainers placed on him by ICE, Carranza was never deported.

Garcia said at a press conference on Tuesday that his officers do not ask people their immigration status, and doing so in Carranza’s case would not have impacted the results.

Typical Government management - They had this guy 6 times in custody! Even the Chief says it this should not have happened.

And this is typical of all undocumented immigrants? If not then why should this interest anyone other than those immediately affected by this criminal. Should I post examples of Right wing White murderers on an individual basis?

If you can somehow find numerous examples of "right wing white murderers" who were provided sanctuary from prosecution of crimes by our government representatives on a consistent and continual basis resulting in the death-by-murder of innocent American citizens, then by all means go ahead and start your own thread.

When government officials and political parties abet crimes against their own citizens, the moral responsibility for the crime is shared by all involved.

You personally share the blame for these murders as do many posters here, and anyone else who supports sanctuary for criminals, or opposes total border security.

Illegal Alien Crime Wave in Texas: 611,234 Crimes, 2,993 Murders

By J. Christian Adams July 22, 2015

The murder of Kathryn Steinle on the Embarcadero in San Francisco by an illegal alien is the most familiar example of a crime committed by an alien. But an unreleased internal report by the Texas Department of Public Safety reveals that aliens have been involved in thousands of crimes in Texas alone, including nearly 3,000 homicides.

PJ Media obtained a never-before-released copy of a Texas DPS report on human smuggling containing the numbers of crimes committed by aliens in Texas. According to the analysis conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety, foreign aliens committed 611,234 unique crimes in Texas from 2008 to 2014, including thousands of homicides and sexual assaults.

The report describes an alien crime wave of staggering proportions exacerbated by federal officials unwilling to enforce immigration laws.

The Texas DPS report says well over 100,000 individual criminal aliens have been booked into Texas jails.

Examples that have no basis in reality which I've even explained. Examples are only good in a large population study if they are numerous to provide some sort of statistical significance. Your examples are so tiny compared with the population that you are attempting to smear as to be insignificant as is your post.

Maryland police say five MS-13 gang members stabbed one of their own 100 times and drove the body to Virginia where they set it on fire.

The victim of the brutal attack was a 16-year-old high school student. Cops identified Jacson Pineda-Chicas this week after releasing a photo of a tattoo on his left arm, Tribune Media reported.

His body was found dumped on the side of the road in Stafford, Va., March 9.

Police in Prince George’s County said in a news release that the teen was killed in a home 60 miles away in Landover Hills, Md., that belonged to the leader of a Virgina MS-13 clique.

Cops charged the clique leader Jose Ordonez-Zometa, 29, with participating in the murder. The other suspects and Pineda-Chicas drove to Ordonez-Zometa's home for a meeting March 8, police said.

“To hear somebody was stabbed 100 times, per the medical examiner, pretty much speaks for itself how violent the attack would have been,” Maj. Brian Reilly said Friday at a news conference.

He said invesitgators still don’t know why Pineda-Chicas was targeted for death by his friends.

NBC 4 Washington reported speaking on Thursday to Pineda-Chicas’ mother who said her son was being threatened after saying he didn’t want to be an MS-13 gang member anymore.

The woman, who was not identified, told the station that when his gang pals accused him of talking to cops, they threatened to kill his family. He told them to kill him instead.

"He had to take knives to defend himself, and screwdrivers,” she told the station. “He had razors and he told me, 'Mom, I'm going to defend myself with them, but it's not going to be enough.'"

She said they fled El Salvador after her son was forced to join MS-13 there.

Police said the others suspects in the case were Jonathan Castillo-Rivera, 20; Kevin Rodriguez-Flores, 18; Christian Martinez-Ramirez, 16, and Jose Hernandez-Garcia, 25.

MS13 is based and founded in the USA. Just like KKK and other white supremacist groups. Have you started your own chapter in White Pine?

That had nothing to do with my point.

"Mara Salvatrucha, popularly known as MS-13, is an international criminal gang that originated in Los Angeles, California, in the 1970s and 1980s. The gang later spread to many parts of the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America, and is active in urban, suburban, and rural areas."

Started by illegal and legal immigrants, all of whom were convicted criminals and/or former gang members from Central America.

70,000 of these psychotic cowards roam free in America thanks to the deliberate and calculated protection they have received from the deep state.

Funny they should have found a home here before anywhere else and in LA where there are so many gangs of all different stripes. I believe the Hell's Angels began in the LA, California area long before MS13.

By the way, the impetus for any gang is a perceived danger where they feel a need to organize to survive. Why would any non white feel a danger with Trump as President? I think I know, I think I know.

This’s thread needs to stop @SlyPokerDog . It has turned into a hate thread. Just a place for one or two people to post negative shit about a certain culture of people. Maybe we should have a White Trash thread where we post about white people whose families came from Europe and run meth labs. Or I’m sure the same few who continue to keep this shit thread going, would love to have a single thread where they can blast African Americans and how horrible THEY are.

Man my great-grandparents came from Mexico. Came to make a better life for their family. Literally crossed the border on a wagon. My great-grandfather and his brother were the first Mexicans in Riverside, California to own their own concrete business. They have 2 buildings there that are commissioned on the National Historic Register. My grandfather served this country during the Korean War as well. Was in the military for 30 years. I could go on, but I have a feeling it would fall on deaf closed minded ears.

Please shut this down @SlyPokerDog . This makes me sick that there is a location for these few to spout their hatred for other human beings JUST because of the location they came from. I highly doubt that was the plan when this forum was created. Or maybe if these few think there “constitutionally god given right to hate” is being violated, make a hate speech thread for them to play in.

I eagerly await a reply as to how my post is out of line, because it shines a positive light on a great culture that has done so much for this country.
