Yeah it seems like 90% of the posting there is being done by one guy, the idiot who calls himself BigBlue. And all he does it bitch about EVERYTHING. But you know what Rob I think them coming over to this site now would be them admitting that they picked the wrong board. But you know what? although there are a hand full of posters there that I wouldn't mind seeing here, I'm perfectly okay with this board just the way it is.

Just saw this thread. I remember there was one or two more females on the board but I too am getting up there in age and can't remember names. I would love some female company on this boand. Not that I don't enjoy chatting with all of you fine gentlemen. Well mostly gentlemen....

Jill as one of the old farts on this board (I'll be 60 next week) remember age is just a number. And you must have some female friends that are Yankee fans, recruit 1 or 2 & I promise we'll behave. Well.....for the most part anyway. BTW: I hope you're well.

I like the ring of that Rick: "I'm perfectly okay with this board just the way it is".

Me 3.....we got a heckuva good thing going here. One of the better baseball message boards, of well educated, die hard Yankee Fan Bases. Right here, much much better than that ESPN rag.....

Not that I wouldn't like many, like to see a few of our old posters and friends. We had some very special posters on ESPN. Sad they can't be with us, or their lives have grown busy or in gone in other directions. Looking back we had some classic posters, and of course some village idiots.

Overall tho', this is a great board, with a great network of folks. It makes my day to be able to be a part of it all. Thanx...!

Yeah it is a good board & I'm not missing the drama from many on the old ESPN site.

Don't ever forget about Felix the Cat or blucan. Those are two posters who have seemed to move on to bigger and better things and we all miss them.

Whoa, how did I ever overlook Felix the Cat.....blucan too. Felix was a key contributor, tho' I came long after her, I felt we all knew her well. blucan, I recall, yet not as well as some....thanx for the memories.

wonder what those two are doing these days? (as I do with all old ESPN members).

...of course he's welcome, rick...but again I think he/she chose that SN for a reason.
