OT Seinfeld

So I’ve been in Seattle at the Microsoft buildings all week which means after business hours a lot of free time I’m not used too!
So I decided that since Seinfeld is on Hulu, I would finally give it a watch. All those jokes I’ve been missing out on for years I would finally understand.

Anyways, I have really enjoyed it so far which got me thinking, are there any shows you got in on really late or way past there time and you enjoyed?
I used to drive by some Microsoft buildings on my way to work at Everett from my apartment in Renton.

My boss at Tektronix in my division left Tektronix and was briefly the President of Microsoft.

Any Night Court or Wings fans here? Not sure how they hold up today tho.
Wings was hilarious. I didn't like it when they got all sentimental and the two brothers parted ways.

My wife won't let me watch Monk. Apparently one of her sisters was absolutely obsessed with it and watched it all the time in her teens so that's not an option heh.
He was hilarious in Wings but not so funny in Monk.

Danny Devito joins in season 2. So if it doesn't grab you in season one give it a shot through season 2.
Danny DaVito is one of the funniest guys I've ever seen. Loved him in Romancing the Stone.

Don't tell me, you like tools and hunting.
I have never gone hunting, but I do like to build things (though I suck at it).
Ugh I shouldn't admit this but what the heck, she calls me that mostly because of how psychotic my ex-girlfriends are... I don't know how I landed on her but I was with plenty of girls and until her I don't think a single one of them was sane... Especially the ones that were more long term, I dated some real crazies.

Do it, the office is brilliant, especially the first few seasons.

Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia deserves a watch also if you haven't seen it.
There were two versions of The Office. One was American and the other British.

Tammy 1 crazy, or God forbid Tammy 2 crazy?

Okay, here is another from the way back machine.

Taxi, was one that did not watch till it was in reruns. Damn funny.

Nearly every man dates a crazy girl at least once. Men are stupid when it comes to women because women have something we desperately want and we will go to great lengths to get. Ask me how I know. No, don't ask, my wife's just 5 feet away.

Ricky Gervais had a great line for a troll that said Steve Carrell was better in the same role.

He said great, he created it so hes a gazilliinaire or whatever

I liked Wings and watched it. Another older one that I enjoyed was Cheers and then later on Fraser as a spin off. Also Spin City with Michael J. Fox as well as Charlie Sheen when he stepped into the lead role. Charlie Sheen also had 2 and a 1/2 men that was pretty funny which Ashton Kurtcher then took over the lead role.

I love the office, with a few caveats the first couple episodes have good moments but feel kind of awkward it kind of gets it's legs though and is pretty hilatious until the last couple seasons and then it's still pretty good but definitely seemed like 'ready' to be done.
I still haven't watched breaking bad.

My son keeps telling me I need to watch Breaking Bad and yet to do it, but this winter might be a good time to check it out. Another one I enjoyed was Weeds which at time was hilarious. The last years were weaker though much like many sitcoms that last several seasons as eventually you can only take characters and storyline so far.

I think what tends to happen is it goes beyond what the authors were looking for, because of good ratings so their pumping out content because they have too, instead of because they want too. Most shows that ‘go to long’ seem to suffer that fate of not really sure where else to go with the story / characters.
