Does he have a speech problem or a small case of retardation? Listen/watch him talk, he talks weird. He pauses, studders, says some words slowly, etc.

Lots of people do that..Im glad he apologized, but he/the whole world will never get over this, and not many (including myself) will ever forgive the guy.
