Here's more proof...but, no proof.
and your “come on really” is exactly my point when someone says “without evidence”…

Yes, physics dictates that friction and collisions of such large masses will create soundwaves.
This has been tested and proven out for centuries.
https://www.mediacollege.com/audio/01/sound-waves.html#:~:text=Sound waves exist as variations, the brain interprets as sound.
Here's more proof...
If a bear falls out of a tree in the woods, does the tree hear it?
Your refusal to accept evidence which proves you wrong is typical.again. Proof sound waves exist. Not proof the bear hears a sound and no proof the tree makes a sound the bear hears.
do trees have ears?
This is funny.
Yeah, actually, I and other's have.that is for humans. Not bears. You havent proven the tree makes a sound and the bear hears it.
Lol. I'm 100% fine with standing opposed to any of your stances.
You only consider yourself in any discussion.
Doesn't mean you're always wrong, but a broken clock is right twice per day...
I don't research anything someone else asserts unless I feel compelled. I don't assert anything unless I've either researched it or it's common knowledge or I heard it on a credible news show.Well put.
The way I do it is to research the extraordinary claims and find out what experts and professionals in the field think.
Exactly.I don't research anything someone else asserts unless I feel compelled. I don't assert anything unless I've either researched it or it's common knowledge or I heard it on a credible news show.

If there isn't any evidence then how can one make an assertion about it?the issues is you want quantifiable, graphical evidence for everything and that doesn't always exist. But doesn't mean something cant be because of that.
Define audible. If you mean does it make sound waves then any engineer would say yes. And you could describe it by a Fourier equation.typical Barfo bs post.
ill spell it out…
@Phatguysrule, if there are no humans that have ever entered a forest, when a tree falls, does it make an audible sound?

Of course it can be proven other animals have hearing. They visibly react to sound. This is really stupid.
Nobody else in other conversations is moving the goal posts to avoid proven and provable facts the way you are. You're just making yourself look bad.but do you know all bears hear and none are deaf?
i agree. Really stupid. Now apply that same logic to all the other debates where people argue these semantics.
Im just playing devils advocate to what i see others do here.
Argue semantics when common sense tells one something else.
so i agree. When people argue semantics like this its stupid yet some people do it often.
Nobody else in other conversations is moving the goal posts to avoid proven and provable facts the way you are. You're just making yourself look bad.
None of that was part of the original question. Unfortunately this is fairly normal tactic you use. You're trying to create rare or impossible scenarios to support your claim. A deaf Bear obviously doesn't preclude the creation of soundwaves in a forest. Proven physics obviously dictates that the soundwave exists regardless of the existence of eardrums. They are missing my point and playing games.
It cant be proven that all bears have hearing and arent deaf. And so if a bear is in the woods without a human, how can we prove the bear heard the tree fall when we dont know that bear’s hearing capabilities?
I know ive moved the goal posts on this a little but But the point stands. Not everything is provable. But common sense can still provide an accurate answer.
My comment isn't intended to hurt you. It's an observation to help you understand how your actions are perceived by others.if you think comments like your last line gets you anywhere im here to tell you you are wrong. And it just helps to tuen out the rest of your blah blah blah….
Again. Im soooo concerned about how you think i look. Lol.
im going on suicide watch now because phats thinks i look bad.
lmfao….

But isn't that the going style? Both of you look like you cut your hair with a weedeater.
And this comment is intended to hurt both of you!
Lol, well, I only have so much patience. Making fun of the willfully ignorant is the only way I can think to combat the spread at this point.my comment wasn't intended to hurt you. Its an observation to help you understand how your communication tactics are received.
