Semi OT: 2 Former Blazers Suffer Death of Parent on Thanksgiving

Channing Frye and Zach Randolph both lost a parent yesterday. Losing a parent is tough any time, but on Thanksgiving? That's tough.

Do we not know if either was sick? No info that I saw. I did see that Channing's mom died of cancer recently so.....
