Sometimes injuries like this can linger all season. Clippers are in a battle for HCA . . . how long do you let Paul heal before having him come back. Few athlete rarely plays at 100%. Will be interesting to see if they rush him back.

Westbrook came back early twice and is out again with swelling and a scope. Guessing he too will press himself back into action early again (with the organization allowing it).

Lot's of pain killers to go around during playoffs . . .

Hmm, not sure how I feel about them dropping to 6 to 8 seed for the playoffs with an artificially low record and us having to play them in the first round.. That might be a rough first round. But I guess any team is a tough matchup..

There isn't a single team in the West's top 10 that will be easy to beat in a 7 game series. It will be a tough first round for everybody regardless of seed.

Even GOD thinks Lillard should be an All-star and HE is doing everything HE can to make it happen.

They could really fall. Currently they are #4 but only 1 game up on #5/6 and only 3 games up on #8 Dallas. 9 of their next 14 games are on the road including a 7 game in 11 days road trip. The competition isn't too tough outside of Indiana but they could easily drop 3-4 of those games and fall back a bit.

They don't play the Blazers again till Feb 12 so Paul should be back by then.
