Semi-OT: TJ Ford Retires

TJ Ford announced his retirement due to neck & spine injuries. There was a lot of talk about the Blazers adding him towards the end of last season. I guess that wouldn't have worked out. Too bad for TJ. He was a really good PG prospect when he came into the league.

Didn't he take more than one serious fall during his first couple years in the league?

He broke his neck at one point. Last week he got his head stepped on, so it's probably a good idea to hang it up.
